Homemade Churros with Chocolate

Ingredients

- flour8.75 oz
- vegetable oil3.25 cup
- drinking chocolate7 oz
- milk3.25 cup
- cornstarch1 tbsp
- sugar1.75 oz
- salt1 pinch
Method

Boil 250 ml of water with the salt, turn off the heat, add the flour all at once and stir until you have a smooth dough.

Put the dough in a churro maker or piping bag with a star tip.

Fry strips of dough in the sunflower oil at 180 °C (355 °F) until golden and drain. Sprinkle with the sugar.

For the chocolate, heat the milk, add the chopped drinking chocolate and the cornstarch dissolved in a little cold milk.

Cook stirring 5 minutes until thickened and serve with the churros.
