- chicken breast1.25 lb
- garlic clove4
- lemon2
- parsley0.25 oz
- chicken broth3.5 fl oz
- olive oil3 tbsp
- salt1 pinch
- black pepper1 pinch
Method

Cut the chicken breast into thin strips and season with salt and black pepper.

Peel and slice the garlic. Zest one lemon and juice both lemons. Chop the parsley.

Heat the olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat and brown the sliced garlic for 1 minute, without burning. Remove and set aside.

Turn up the heat and sauté the chicken strips in the same oil, in two batches if needed, for 5-6 minutes until golden.

Return the garlic, add the lemon juice, zest and chicken stock. Reduce for 3-4 minutes, stirring, until the sauce thickens slightly.

Sprinkle with chopped parsley, taste for salt and serve right away.
