- breadcrumbs11 oz
- garlic clove2
- parsley1 tbsp
- potato1.75 lb
- milk0.75 cup
- butter1.5 oz
- oil2 cup
- salt1 tsp
Method

Beat the eggs with minced garlic, chopped parsley, and a pinch of salt.

Dip each steak in the egg mixture, then coat in breadcrumbs, pressing firmly so they stick.

Fry in hot oil until golden brown on both sides, then drain on paper towels.

Boil the potatoes, mash them, and mix in hot milk, butter, and salt.
