Bread crumbs with garlic, chorizo, bacon and grapes, as in La Mancha. A shepherd's dish, cheap and hearty.

- day-old bread1.25 lb
- chorizo5.25 oz
- bacon5.25 oz
- garlic clove6
- sweet paprika1 tsp
- grape7 oz
- olive oil3.5 fl oz
- salt1 tsp

The night before, cut the day-old bread into small dice, moisten it with salted water (without soaking) and cover with a cloth.

In a large skillet, brown the unpeeled garlic in the olive oil and remove.

Fry the diced bacon and chorizo and set aside.

Add the bread to the oil with the sweet paprika and stir non-stop over medium heat 20 minutes, until the crumbs are loose and golden.

Add the bacon, chorizo and garlic, mix and serve with the grapes.
