Roast Pork Loin with Apple

- pork loin strip2.75 lb
- apple4
- onion2
- garlic clove3
- white wine0.75 cup
- fresh rosemary2
- olive oil4 tbsp
- salt2 tsp
- black pepper1 pinch
Method

Preheat the oven to 180 °C (350 °F). Season the pork loin and brown it on all sides in the olive oil.

In a tray, arrange the onion in wedges, apple in quarters, unpeeled garlic and the fresh rosemary.

Put the pork on top and pour in the white wine.

Bake 50-60 minutes, basting the pork with its juices every 20 minutes.

Let the pork rest 10 minutes before slicing. Blend half the apple and onion with the juices to make the sauce.
