Turkey Cutlets in Mustard Sauce

- turkey cutlet1.25 lb
- dijon mustard2 tbsp
- cooking cream0.75 cup
- garlic clove1
- white wine1.75 fl oz
- olive oil2 tbsp
- salt1 pinch
- black pepper1 pinch
- parsley1 tbsp
Method

Season the turkey cutlets on both sides with salt and black pepper.

Heat the olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat and brown the turkey cutlets 2 minutes per side. Transfer to a plate.

In the same skillet, lower the heat and sauté the minced garlic for 30 seconds without burning it.

Add the white wine and reduce for 1 minute, scraping the bottom of the pan.

Add the cooking cream and the Dijon mustard, stir well and simmer 2 minutes until slightly thickened.

Return the turkey cutlets to the sauce and cook 3 more minutes, turning them halfway.

Adjust the salt, sprinkle with chopped parsley and serve right away.
