Ingredients

- gluten-free flour blend1 lb
- active dry yeast0.25 oz
- sugar1 tsp
- salt1 tsp
- egg2
- vegetable oil1.75 fl oz
- warm water1.75 cup
- apple cider vinegar1 tsp
Method

Proof the yeast with the sugar and a little warm water for 10 minutes.

Mix the gluten-free flour blend with the salt.

Add the eggs, oil, vinegar, yeast mixture, and the rest of the water.

Beat for 4 to 5 minutes until the batter is smooth and sticky.

Pour into a greased loaf pan and let rise until almost doubled.

Bake at 180 degrees for 40 to 45 minutes and let cool before slicing.
